We spend time with you on your site or at your house. We work with you until we have a good idea of your vision.

Drawn with your architect.

You bring an architect, or we'll recommend one. We sit at the table while plans evolve — translating what you actually want into what gets built. Transparent line-item budget, no surprises after we break ground.

Made on site, by hand.

We're on site every day. The subs we trust most have been with us for years. Every joint gets checked twice.

Lived in for generations.

Bagwell Custom Homes started in 1997 as a one-man framing crew outside of Austin. Almost three decades later, we're still a small, owner-run shop — one job at a time, every time.

We run every job ourselves, from first walk to final punch. The subs change — we don't. Our framers, masons, and finish carpenters have been with us for years. We answer our own phones, and we're on site when it matters.
